Where we ship

We ship to the United States. If your country is not offered at checkout, write to support@fivepointfabric.com before you order. We expect to open other destinations later, and we are glad to tell you whether yours is one of them.

Where your parcel comes from

Orders ship from Shaoxing, Zhejiang, China.

What you are ordering

Everything on this store is a sample: a colour card, or fabric cut by the metre. Metre samples are cut for your order; colour cards are supplied in the format the mill issues them in.

What shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

United States orders with a product subtotal of US$29 or more, after any discount and before taxes and shipping, ship free.

Checkout shows the shipping options available for your order. If no shipping option appears, email support@fivepointfabric.com before you order and we will quote it for you.

How long it takes

Once your parcel is handed to the carrier, it typically arrives within 10-15 business days in the United States. That is a typical transit time, not a promised date.

Import duties and taxes

Import duties, taxes and customs charges are set by the country your parcel arrives in. They are not included in the prices or the shipping shown at checkout, and where they apply they are paid by the recipient.
