Who we are
Five Point Fabric Co. is the trading name of DEEPOINT HUB LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong. Our registered address is Flat 701, 7/F, Block B, New Mandarin Plaza, 14 Science Museum Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean DEEPOINT HUB LIMITED trading as Five Point Fabric Co. You can reach us at support@fivepointfabric.com. Orders ship from Shaoxing, Zhejiang, China.
What this store sells
We sell two sample forms: colour cards and fabric cut by the metre.
Colour on a screen
Colour on a screen is not colour in the hand. To judge a shade properly, order the physical colour card and look at it in your own light.
Ordering a colour that is not shown
Where a product page offers "Other" as a colour, choose it and write the colour you need in the box provided. We confirm the colour options with you after you order.
Where we ship
We ship to the United States. We expect to open other destinations later; write to support@fivepointfabric.com to ask about yours.
Prices, currency and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Checkout is provided by Shopify; card and supported wallet payments are processed through Shopify Payments. If you have store credit on your account, you can apply it at checkout while you are signed in.
How this store is hosted
Shopify hosts this store and processes personal information when you visit it or buy from it, and Shopify and its service providers may process that information in other countries. Where Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled, Shopify may also use information from your interactions with this store, with other merchants and with Shopify to provide enhanced services. Store credit
What you pay for a colour card comes back to you as store credit in your customer account.
- It is a balance on your account, not a discount code. Sign in with the same email address you used at checkout to see it, and it appears as a way to pay when you check out.
- You can put it towards anything sold on this store.
- It is valid for 12 months from the moment it is issued, and any balance left after that expires.
- If an order is cancelled or refunded in full, we reverse the credit that order generated; if part of an order is refunded, we reverse that credit in proportion to the refunded product line. We never make your account balance negative: where the credit has already been spent, we record the adjustment and review it by hand.
Your agreement with us
By placing an order you agree to these terms and to the Shipping policy and the Refund and returns policy linked at checkout, and you acknowledge the Privacy policy. The versions presented or linked when you place an order are the versions that apply to that order.
What we are responsible for
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, including its shipping. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential business losses, including lost profit or lost production time. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your legal rights
